Returns & Cancellations - Hassle-Free within 30 Days

Right to Cancel:

If you change your mind, you can easily cancel or return your order within 30 days. The cancellation period begins from the day you receive your item(s).

• For a single product: You can cancel up to 30 days from the day you, or someone on your behalf, takes physical possession of the item.
• For multiple items: The cancellation period starts when you, or someone on your behalf, take possession of the last item in the order.

No Hassle, No Delay:

• Return the product within 30 days of informing us of your cancellation.
• Get your refund quickly: Once we receive the product, we'll refund you within 14 days, including delivery costs (unless you selected a more expensive delivery method). If you're returning a large item, we'll either collect it for free or help arrange the return.

No Hidden Fees:

We won’t charge you any fees for returning your items, except for situations where the product is damaged or excessively used. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
